About the Author

First, I am saved and was baptized with the Holy Ghost at age eighteen.  I’m a 3rd generation Church of God in Christ (COGIC) child of a Pastor and his precious first lady.  My mother was barren 7 years after getting married.  She went up for prayer led by Bishop Mason in 1943. Afterward, she birthed 12 children! I was born and raised in Dallas, TX and still reside there.

I enjoy collecting colorful art glass bowls, any books about African Americans, vintage apparel, picture art that speaks to me and the thrill of the chase in finding a garage sale bargain.  I like opera, gospel, country and oldies music.  I’m still intrigued with learning about me!
